Everything, by the person who uses it.
Every AI Teacher feature is here, grouped by the person who uses it: learner, guardian, teacher, admin and owner. The same core runs every company: programmes with levels, placement, per-skill mastery, materials, assessment and reports. Seven modules sit on top and are switched per company. Nothing you switch off ever appears in a menu. The Full plan has everything below; the Standard plan leaves some of it out, and the pricing page lists what.
Learner
A level to see, and a reason to come back tomorrow.
Placement on day one
A new learner answers questions from each level, four per level by default, and starts on the highest level they pass, with no marking and no countdown.
Materials in any form
Video, PDFs, Word and PowerPoint files, images and text, ordered by unit, counted toward progress. A lesson video can come in more than one language, and opens in the one the learner chose. Word and PowerPoint are read for AI drafts like a PDF, and a scanned PDF is read when the teacher asks.
Questions to play, not only to answer
Besides choosing and typing, four kinds of question are played like a game: Word scramble (the letters of an English or Malay word put back in order under a clue), Match the pairs, Put in order and Sort into groups. A tile is dragged with a finger, a mouse or a pen, or tapped into place, the keyboard works too, and Undo takes a move back. Each is marked right only when all of it is right.
A daily challenge
With Engagement on: five questions per programme by default, up to 20, half aimed at the weakest skills, with streaks and no countdown unless a teacher switches one on. A leaderboard shows only learners who were switched on to it, under a name chosen for the board.
Stars and real gifts
With Rewards on: stars buy a gift from the branch shop, collected at the counter. The learner chooses; that choice is the preference signal.
A look made for children
The company picks a theme for its learners’ screens: calm Standard, Rainforest with a young hornbill, Galaxy with a small explorer robot, or its own colours, mascot and Home banner. In children mode, Home and the menu are drawn with a picture for every place. Staff and guardian screens never change.
A mascot to dress, by effort
The hornbill and the robot each have eight costumes and six accessories. With Engagement on they unlock with stars earned over time, and three of the costumes come with the first three levels passed. Never bought, never lost, and only the learner sees what theirs wears.
Children and adults, drawn differently
Each programme is set for children or for adults, and the company sets the default. For children: big coloured answer tiles and, in a unit quiz or a daily challenge, one question at a time with each answer checked as it is given. For adults: plain rows and no mascot. The questions, the marking and the stars are the same.
A result that shows every question
After a placement test, a unit quiz, a level-up test or a daily challenge, each question is shown as it was asked. Where an answer was not right, the learner sees their own answer, the right one and the explanation.
Sound and music
With Engagement on: the company picks one of five background tracks for the learner’s Home and daily challenge, or none, and can switch sound off for everyone. Each learner has their own switches for sound and for music, remembered on every device.
Guardian
One sign-in, every child, in your language.
A monthly report worth opening
Score, level, strengths, weaknesses and the teacher’s own comment, in Bahasa Melayu, English or 中文. It reaches the family once that comment is written.
Bills in one place, paid online
With Billing on: every invoice in your portal, one line for each child and programme, with its amount and due date. Where the centre takes payment online, Pay now opens a secure payment page and the invoice shows Paid once the payment is confirmed; tick Renew automatically by card and each renewal is charged after an email 7 days before. Otherwise you pay the centre as you always have.
Consent that means something
The bilingual notice is confirmed at first sign-in and again whenever it changes. Research use of de-identified data is a separate, optional choice.
Passwords, without calling the centre
Change your own password on Profile: press Email me a code, type the six digits sent to your sign-in address with the new password, and every other device is signed out. For a child who signs in with a username, you see the username there and set a new password yourself.
Children at more than one centre
If your children study at two organisations that use AI Teacher, the same email address signs in to both. Home lists your children at the other one, and Open switches there. Each organisation keeps its own records.
Teacher
Less marking. A clearer picture of every child.
Per-skill mastery, deterministic
A moving average of each skill’s answers, weighted to the latest; a skill is judged only after five. No model guesses a number.
A class skill map
Every learner by every skill on a level, weakest first, with the class average and how many questions the bank holds for each skill.
A programme in three steps
Materials, Questions, Publish. The first level, skill and unit are made for you, and the publish check lists what is missing, each row with the button that fixes it.
Start from your own files
In a new, empty programme, upload the files you teach from and AI proposes the levels, skills and units, with each file placed. You change any of it before you accept.
AI drafts, teacher publishes
Questions drafted from your materials and short answers pre-graded. Today a teacher reads and publishes every draft, and your edit is kept beside the AI original. Machine publishing of practice questions is dated 1 November 2026 in the terms and the child safety page, and stays off until a centre opts in.
Where AI helps, and where a person decidesGame questions, quick to write
Choose Word scramble, type the clue and the answer word, and each letter becomes a tile, shuffled for every learner; a picture, extra letters and the first letter shown are optional. In Chinese the same type is built from tiles. Match the pairs, Put in order and Sort into groups are written one line per pair or item. AI drafts all four too, and a game draft, the AI’s or your own, opens in the same fields to correct before you publish it.
Past-year papers and spreadsheets
Upload a past-year paper as a PDF, and AI reads each page into draft questions in the paper’s own words, with the paper’s own pictures and diagrams cut from the page and attached, never redrawn. You check every draft, and can adjust or remove each picture, before you publish. Or import questions from a CSV file, which ready-made instructions let your own ChatGPT or Gemini make from a paper. Every answer the AI worked out, where the paper prints no key, is marked for checking and is published one by one, never in bulk.
Your own AI assistant, connected
Where the Super Admin switches it on, a teacher or admin connects their own ChatGPT or Claude. Asked in your own words, it reads a programme’s outline and leaves drafts, such as questions, an outline or a lesson text, for you to check and publish here, on your own AI plan. It can publish nothing, and nothing about a learner or guardian is reachable through it.
How the connector worksLesson videos and pictures, with your own AI
Copy instructions filled from the lesson into your own ChatGPT or Gemini: a narration script for an editor such as CapCut, or scene prompts for a video generator such as Veo, 30 seconds, 1 minute or 2 minutes long. A question’s picture, or a choice’s, gets a prompt for an image generator. Nothing is sent from AI Teacher and nothing connects to your accounts. You upload what you make, and look at it before you publish.
One lesson video, in more than one language
Under a lesson video, add a version in the other two of Bahasa Melayu, English and Chinese, uploaded the same way. Learners still see one lesson to mark as read, with Watch in above the player, and it opens on the language they chose. Each version is a recording you make, never a machine translation, and counts toward the plan’s video minutes.
Assignments
Set a unit with a due date for your own learners. The learner is told and reminded the day before, the guardian sees it on the child’s page, and you see who is done.
A live class quiz
Put up to ten questions on the projector, and learners answer on their phones against a countdown. The shared screen shows the class total and the right answer, never a name or a ranking. With Engagement on, each right answer earns stars, and Class bonus gives one bonus to several learners in one press.
A time limit for each question, if you want one
Off by default. Switch it on for a programme, from 10 seconds to 10 minutes a question, and the unit quiz, level-up test and daily challenge ask one question at a time against a countdown. The placement test is never timed, and speed never changes a mark. How long each attempt took is recorded and shown to you, by attempt and by skill.
Told when learners can open nothing
If your learners are on a level with nothing published to read, your dashboard says how many, with the button that publishes the units and materials.
Tidy a programme, keep the results
Rename a unit with Edit, as you would a level or a skill. To remove a unit, move everything in it to another unit of the same level. Where a learner has started its quiz or an assignment was set on it, the unit is kept as history, hidden from learners, with the results kept. Retire warns before it takes the last thing to read from a published unit, with how many learners will find it empty. Nothing is ever unpublished or removed by itself.
Bonus stars with a reason
With Engagement on: award stars within caps, never gifts. The report comment is yours, shown as written.
The whole portal on a phone
Every teacher screen works at phone width. A table becomes stacked rows, so a row’s status and its buttons are never a sideways swipe away.
Admin
Your branches and company, run from one place.
Learners, teachers, subscriptions
Fixed-lane lists with the same filters and footer everywhere, fifty people to a page, and each person’s sign-in email under their name. The search on every list of people finds anyone by name, username or sign-in email, however long the list. Expiring subscriptions and unpaid invoices surface themselves. End access ends one subscription from today without deleting the learner, and their results and reports stay.
Online payment, on your own account
With Billing on, the Super Admin links your organisation’s own account with an online payment provider from Settings: one button, then the provider’s own form, and nothing typed into AI Teacher. Families then pay with Pay now, the money goes straight to your account, and each invoice is marked paid once the provider confirms it. Cash and transfers are still recorded by hand.
Paying for AI Teacher
On Platform billing the Super Admin sees each AI Teacher invoice and the learners it counted. An organisation that signed itself up pays by card on its own billing day; one we set up pays by bank transfer or with Pay now, or adds a card so that each invoice is paid automatically.
Redemptions at the counter
With Rewards on: approve, mark collected, or cancel and refund the stars. Stock is per branch.
Company settings and vocabulary
Modules on or off, your words for learner, teacher and guardian in three languages, the company’s profile and logo, and, with Billing on, the SST number and rate your invoices carry.
The learners’ look, set once
On Settings the Super Admin picks the learner theme with a live preview, the company’s own colours (light ones too), background, mascot and Home banner, and whether programmes are drawn for children or adults by default. With Engagement on, the music and the sound switch sit beside it.
Your logo everywhere
On every portal, report, certificate and email, and a sign-in link of your own that shows it before anyone types a password.
A help assistant on every screen
Where the Super Admin switches it on, a teacher or admin asks how to do something in their own words. It answers only from the help articles their role can open, in their language, links the articles it used, and says when the help does not cover the question. Names, emails and phone numbers are taken out before a question is sent, and each question spends your organisation’s AI budget; with no budget, it says so.
People in more than one organisation
A teacher, a learner or a guardian may belong to several organisations with one email address. Adding someone whose address is used elsewhere invites them as usual, and your organisation is not told where else it is used. Each organisation keeps its own records, and removing someone ends their place in yours only. An admin’s address belongs to one organisation.
Sessions, rooms and attendance
With Schedule on: weekly sessions by room and teacher, clashes refused, attendance taken on a phone, and the guardian told of an absence.
Certificates and required programmes
With Certificates on, your template issues one on completion or at a level, with a code anyone can check. With Compliance on, cohorts get required programmes with due dates, repeating if you choose, reminders and a CSV of who is overdue.
Train your own teachers
A staff programme your trainer writes: each teacher reads it, passes its quizzes and signs, by a due date you set. When it changes, ask them to sign again.
Copy a programme
A new draft of any programme, in the same branch or another: levels, units, materials and reviewed questions travel; learners and prices do not.
Why a programme is still a draft
A draft’s row says what is missing and names the teacher who adds it. When nothing is missing an admin can publish it: a Super Admin any programme, a branch admin their own branch’s.
Rename a programme
A Super Admin, a branch admin for their own branch, or the teacher who builds it can rename a programme. Learners see the new name at once; invoices, reports and certificates already issued keep the name they were issued with.
Archive it with its history kept
Once nobody is enrolled, an admin can archive a programme; anything else still open on it is listed, with how to end it. Archived, it leaves every list and cannot be changed, while its results, reports, certificates and invoices are kept and its certificates still verify. Restore brings it back as a draft.
Owner
Every company, one platform.
Companies, billing, enquiries
Each company on Standard or Full, its billable learners counted once at its plan’s price, its minimum applied. A company the platform set up is invoiced on the 1st and is never suspended automatically for being overdue; one that signed itself up is charged by card on its own day each month. A dashboard sums each month’s invoices: billed, paid, owed and overdue.
Usage and cost
Challenges per day, learners by company, vendor cost against the month’s invoices, queue health.
Every screen exists in Bahasa Melayu, English and 中文, and every learner, guardian and teacher screen works on a phone. When a screen says something is missing, the button or link that fixes it sits beside the words.
See how it worksCommon questions
Does AI Teacher write questions with AI?
Yes, as drafts that a teacher checks. AI drafts questions from the teacher’s own uploaded materials, and by default every draft stays unpublished until a teacher reads and publishes it, with the teacher’s edits kept beside the AI’s original. Where the company opts in, AI also suggests a mark for each short written answer, and the teacher still gives the mark.
Can a company switch off the features it does not need?
Yes. Guardians, engagement, rewards, billing, certificates, compliance and schedule are seven modules, each switched on or off per company. A module that is off disappears from every menu and its data is kept, so switching it back on brings everything back. The core, meaning programmes, levels, materials, assessment, mastery and reports, works with every module off.
Can teachers see each learner’s strengths and weaknesses?
Yes, skill by skill. Every graded answer updates the learner’s mastery of that skill, a score from 0 to 1 weighted toward the latest answers. Once a skill has five graded answers, it is a strength at 0.8 or above and a weakness at 0.5 or below. A teacher sees the score, level, strengths and weaknesses of each of their learners, and can open the answer history behind them.
Can we bring in questions we already have?
Yes, from a past-year paper or from a spreadsheet. A teacher uploads a blank paper as a PDF, up to 20 pages, and AI reads every page into draft questions in the paper’s own words and language, with its own pictures and diagrams cut from the page; the teacher checks each draft and its pictures before publishing. A CSV file is checked as a whole and its questions arrive as drafts. Every answer that AI worked out, where the paper prints no key, is marked Check answer and is published one by one, never in bulk.
Can a teacher run a live quiz in class?
Yes. A teacher puts up to ten published questions on a shared screen, and learners answer on their own phones, with 10 to 180 seconds per question. The shared screen shows how many answered, the class total and the right answer, never a name or a ranking. The answers count toward each learner’s mastery, and with engagement on, each right answer earns stars.
What kinds of questions can a teacher write?
Nine. Five are answered by choosing or typing: Multiple choice, Choose several, True or false, Fill in the blank and Written answer. Four are played like a game, by dragging or tapping tiles: Word scramble for English and Malay words (Build with tiles in Chinese), Match the pairs, Put in order and Sort into groups. All but the written answer are marked by fixed rules, whole or nothing. A written answer is marked by the teacher, with an AI suggestion beside it where the company opts in.
Is there help for staff inside AI Teacher?
Yes. The admin and teacher portals have help articles for their screens, and where the Super Admin switches it on, a help assistant answers questions asked in a person’s own words, in their language, only from the articles their role can open, with links to them. It says when the help does not cover a question. Names, emails and phone numbers are removed before a question is sent, and each one spends the organisation’s AI budget.
