A company starts with certificates and compliance on, and any other module is a switch away. Nothing off ever appears in a menu. Programmes set for adults are drawn plain, with no mascot, and a test is timed only where the trainer switches on a time limit for each question, never the placement test: the time each employee took is recorded for the trainer either way.

Common questions
Can we assign mandatory training with due dates?
Yes, with the compliance module, which a corporate company starts with on. An admin requires a programme of a cohort or of one employee, with a start date and a due date, and anyone not yet enrolled is enrolled at the company’s cost, with no invoice to anyone. Reminders go 7 days before, 1 day before and on the due date, and once it is overdue the employee and the branch’s admins are told.
Can training repeat every year?
Yes. A required programme can repeat every 1 to 36 months. Each cycle has its own dates and record, starts by itself and tells its members; doing it again means passing each unit quiz again, while reading already done stays done. Where the programme has a certificate, completing the cycle issues it again with a new expiry.
How do we show an auditor that training was completed?
Export the completion record as a CSV. The compliance dashboard shows, for each required programme and each branch, who has not started, is in progress, is complete or is overdue, with completion dates, and its CSV is safe to open in a spreadsheet. With certificates on, a completion can also issue a certificate whose code anyone can check on the public verification page.
Do employees need a parent or guardian account?
No. A corporate company starts with the guardians module off: each employee has their own account and their reports go to them. An employee enrolled through required training is sponsored by the company, so nobody is invoiced and no guardian can be linked to them. Admins follow completion on the compliance dashboard.
Will employees see a look made for children?
No, not unless you choose it. Each programme is drawn for children or for adults, and one set for adults has plain answer rows and no mascot. The company’s learner theme is chosen by its Super Admin, and the default, Standard, is dark and calm with no mascot. The questions, the marking and the stars are the same in both modes.
Can a training video be in more than one language?
Yes. Under a lesson video, a trainer adds a version in each of the other two of Bahasa Melayu, English and Chinese, uploaded the same way. Each employee still sees one lesson to complete, with a Watch in switch above the player, and it opens in the language they chose. Each version is a recording you make, never a machine translation, and counts toward the plan’s video minutes.
