Two plans, priced per learner.

AI Teacher has two plans, each priced per billable learner per month and excluding taxes: Standard at USD 5, with a USD 29 monthly minimum, for a small organisation starting out, and Full at USD 25, with a USD 250 minimum, for every module and feature. The platform is billed to the organisation. Learner fees are paid straight to you, online on your own payment account or the way they are today; we never take a cut.

Free for 7 days: add a card and nothing is charged until the trial ends. Then the plan’s monthly minimum is charged in advance, on the same day each month. End it any time.

Sign-up on this site is for organisations registered in Malaysia. Registered elsewhere? Talk to us and we set you up.

Erasure requests and the export of your organisation’s data are on every plan.

How the trial and billing work

  1. 01Sign up on this site, then set your password from the email we send.
  2. 02Add a card on Platform billing. Your 7 free days start then, and nothing is charged until they end.
  3. 03When the trial ends, the plan’s monthly minimum is charged in advance. That day of the month is your billing day from then on.
  4. 04At the end of each month, whatever the month came to above the minimum, billable learners times the price, is charged with the next month’s minimum.
  5. 05End the plan any time. In the trial it ends at once and nothing is charged; after it, the plan runs to the end of the month already paid for.

An organisation we set up for you after an enquiry is invoiced on the 1st for the month just ended, with 30 days to pay by bank transfer or online, and may add a card so that each invoice is paid from it automatically.

  • Billed monthly to the organisation, not to families
  • Counted once per learner, never per programme
  • No setup fee, no per-branch fee, no contract lock-in

A worked example

Full

Bright Minds Academy, two branches
612 billable learners
612 × USD 25
USD 15,300.00
The month, excl. taxes
USD 15,300.00

Standard

A one-branch centre
40 billable learners
40 × USD 5
USD 200.00
The month, excl. taxes
USD 200.00

A learner in both Matematik and Sains is one billable learner. Below the minimum, the minimum is paid: a centre with 9 learners pays USD 250 on Full, and one with 4 learners pays USD 29 on Standard.

Who is a billable learner?

Anyone with an active subscription to at least one programme during the month, counted once. A learner whose subscription has ended is not billed from the following month.

Which plan is right for us, Standard or Full?

Standard suits a small organisation: up to 100 learners, 10 staff accounts and one branch, with guardians, the daily challenge, real-gift rewards, the timetable, invoices to payers, and AI question drafts and marking. Full has no cap on learners, staff or branches, and adds certificates, compliance training, SCORM packages, your own learner theme and mascot, and the other AI features. Both have every question type, the four games included, lesson videos in more than one language within the plan’s video minutes, and the help assistant. Moving from one plan to the other removes nothing you already have.

How does the 7-day free trial work?

An organisation registered in Malaysia signs itself up on this site, sets a password from the email we send, and adds a card. The 7 days start then, and nothing is charged until they end. Then the plan’s monthly minimum is charged in advance, and that day of the month is the organisation’s billing day. The trial is given once, on the first sign-up.

Do we pay AI Teacher by card or by bank transfer?

That depends on how the account began. An organisation that signed itself up on this site pays by card: the card is added on Platform billing and charged on the organisation’s own billing day each month. An organisation we set up after an enquiry is invoiced on the 1st and pays within 30 days by bank transfer or online with Pay now, or adds a card so that each invoice is paid from it automatically. A card is typed only on the payment provider’s own page; we keep its brand, last four digits and expiry, never its number.

What happens if a card payment fails?

The card is tried again over the following days. If the invoice is still unpaid 14 days after it was issued, everything stops: branch admins, teachers, learners and guardians cannot sign in. The organisation’s Super Admin still can, to see and pay the invoices and to download the data, and is told that 60 days after the stop, if it is still unpaid, the organisation’s data is permanently deleted. Paying brings everything back at once. Invoices are kept for seven years for tax, whatever happens. This applies to an organisation that signed itself up, not to one we set up.

Do parents pay you or us?

They pay your centre, never us. With billing on, the product issues their invoices and shows each one with its due date in their portal. Where you link your organisation’s own account with an online payment provider, they can pay with Pay now and the money goes straight to that account; otherwise they pay you as they do today and an admin records it. The platform never holds or routes those fees.

Is there a contract?

No, it is monthly. An organisation that signed itself up ends its plan from Platform billing whenever it likes: in the trial it ends at once and nothing is charged, and after it the plan runs to the end of the month already paid for. An organisation we set up gives 30 days’ notice, and so do we. After it ends you can export your data for 90 days.

Can an organisation outside Malaysia sign up?

Not on this site yet: sign-up here is for organisations registered in Malaysia. An organisation registered elsewhere sends an enquiry, and we set it up and invoice it monthly, with 30 days to pay.

What about schools and corporate clients?

The same two plans, priced per learner or employee. Certificates and compliance training are on Full only, so a corporate training team or a certification body usually chooses Full. Billing and guardians can be switched off; the price does not change.

Are taxes included?

No. Prices are shown excluding taxes; the platform invoice adds any tax that applies.
