Every child placed.Every parent informed.
AI Teacher gives a tuition centre placement on day one, a daily challenge that keeps children coming back, real gifts at your counter, and a monthly report a parent actually reads. Fees are paid straight to you.

The loop, from the counter
Enrol at the counter. Then it runs itself.
Enrol, place, and the loop takes over: a challenge every day, stars into the ledger, a gift picked up at your counter, a report on the first. Below is what Puan Nurul sees, in her language.

What young learners see.
A look made for children, chosen by the company: calm Standard, Rainforest or Galaxy, and in children mode a Home and a menu drawn with pictures. Staff and guardian screens never change.
Standard
Dark and calm, with no mascot. The default, and right for older learners and adults.
Rainforest
Light and green, with a young hornbill.
Galaxy
Deep blue and starry, with a small explorer robot.
On Home
A passed quiz
After a miss
A new level
A mascot that reacts
It waves on Home, cheers a passed quiz, encourages after a miss and celebrates a new level. It is never sad.
Something to earn by effort
With Engagement on, costumes and accessories unlock with the stars a learner has earned over time, and three more costumes come with the first three levels passed. Never by marks compared with another child, and only the learner sees what theirs wears.
Your own colours, mascot and banner
A company can set its own colours, light ones included: a background, a main colour and, if it likes, a secondary colour. They are used exactly as picked, and the writing on them is chosen so it stays easy to read. It can upload its own character, and its own picture for the banner on Home.
A programme for children gets big, coloured answer tiles and, in a quiz, each answer checked as it is given; a programme for adults stays plain.

Five on. Two off. Change your mind later.
The core is the same for every company. A tuition centre starts with what parents expect switched on, and any other module is a switch away. Nothing off ever shows in a menu.
- GuardiansParents sign in, read the report, see each invoice, choose the language.
- EngagementA daily challenge, streaks, stars in the class quiz, mascot costumes, music, and an opt-in leaderboard.
- RewardsA star ledger, a gift shop with branch stock, collection at your counter.
- BillingInvoices per learner, paid straight to you, online with Pay now or recorded by your admins, reminders included.
- ScheduleWeekly classes by room and teacher, attendance on a phone, parents told of an absence.
- CertificatesOff to start. Switch it on to issue a certificate when a programme is completed.
- ComplianceOff to start. Switch it on for cohorts with required programmes, due dates, reminders and a CSV of who is overdue.
Two plans, priced per learner.
Standard for a small organisation starting out, Full for every module and feature. On both, a learner is counted once however many programmes they take, so the more they study, the better the value.
Parents and employers pay your centre directly: online with Pay now, on your organisation’s own payment account, or as they do today, with your admins recording each payment. AI Teacher never holds your fees.
- Billed monthly to the organisation, not to families
- Counted once per learner, never per programme
- No setup fee, no per-branch fee, no contract lock-in

Common questions
How do parents follow their child’s progress?
Through a monthly report and their own sign-in. Each month’s report reaches the parent once the teacher has written that month’s comment, from the 1st of the following month: the score, level, strengths and weaknesses in the parent’s own language, and the teacher’s comment as written. Between reports, the parent’s page shows each child’s level, streak, stars and assignments.
How do the real gift rewards work?
Learners earn stars and spend them on real gifts that your branch stocks, collected at your counter. Stars come from passing the daily challenge, from streak milestones and from bonuses a teacher gives. The learner always chooses the gift; a teacher can award bonus stars within the company’s caps, but never a gift. Stars are deducted when a gift is requested, and refunded if it is cancelled before collection.
Can we use our own teaching materials?
Yes; your programmes are built from them. Teachers upload PDF, Word and PowerPoint files and pictures, or write lesson text, unit by unit, and set the order learners read them in. AI drafts questions from those files for a teacher to check and publish. Programmes, questions and materials remain your company’s.
Can parents pay their invoices online?
Yes, once your Super Admin links your centre’s own account with an online payment provider, on Settings. A parent presses Pay now on an invoice and pays on the provider’s secure page; the money goes to your account, never through us, and the invoice shows Paid as soon as the provider confirms it. A parent can also tick to have each renewal charged to their card, with an email 7 days before every charge, and turn it off in one press. The provider’s own fees come out of your account, AI Teacher adds none, and cash and transfers are still recorded by your admins.
Does it work across several branches?
Yes. A company can have several branches, each with its own admins, teachers, learners and gift stock, and its Super Admin sees them all. A programme can be copied to another branch as a new draft, with its levels, units, materials and the questions a person wrote or accepted. A branch admin works within their own branch, and leaderboards never cross branches.
What is the daily challenge?
A short quiz each learner gets once a day in each programme, aimed at their weak skills. By default it has five questions from the learner’s current level, at least half from skills they are weak in when they have any, a 70% pass mark and no time limit; a teacher can set 3 to 20 questions and a time limit for each question. A pass on the day’s first attempt earns stars and keeps the streak going; practice retries, where the centre allows them, earn nothing. A teacher who publishes new questions during the day can rebuild today’s challenge for their learners who have not started it.
Are there game-style questions for young learners?
Yes. Besides questions to choose or type, a teacher can set four played like a game: Word scramble (putting the letters of an English or Malay word in order under a clue), Match the pairs, Put in order and Sort into groups. Children drag the tiles with a finger or tap them into place, and in a unit quiz or daily challenge drawn for children each answer is checked as it is given. A game question counts toward the child’s skill scores like any other.
