What we keep about your child, and what we never do.
AI Teacher keeps your child’s name, year group, answers, skill scores and gift choices, and never a photo of them, their location or an advertising identifier. This page says who sees what, how AI uses their work and how to have their data erased. The privacy notice is the legal version, in Bahasa Melayu and English.

What is collected
A name, a year group, quiz and challenge answers, skill scores, gift preferences and, for you, an email and phone number. No photo of your child is ever stored: they pick one of sixteen drawn animal avatars. No location and no advertising identifiers. If you choose to have renewals charged to a card, we keep its brand, last four digits and expiry, never its number.
- 02
Who can see the report
You, the teacher assigned to your child, and the branch admin. Other parents and other children never see it. Each month’s report reaches you once that teacher has written the month’s comment, and opens as a page you can print or save as PDF. Nobody is on a leaderboard until you switch your child on, under a name you choose, and you or your child can take them off at any time. Badges and personal bests are seen only by your child and you.

AI and your child’s work
AI drafts questions from the teacher’s materials and pre-grades short answers. Today a teacher reads and publishes every question before your child sees it. The child safety page has a later version, dated 1 November 2026, under which a centre can opt in to publishing practice questions by machine after automated checks; it states those checks and what we do not claim. Your child’s work can be de-identified, scrubbed of personal detail and severed from them, and in that form used to improve the product, including training AI models. That consent is separate from the consent for the service, and you can withdraw it at any time without losing the service.

Payments
Where your centre bills through AI Teacher, your invoices are in your portal with their amounts and due dates. Where it takes payment online, Pay now opens the secure page of an online payment provider, on the centre’s own account: what you type there goes to the provider, never to us, and the invoice shows Paid once the payment is confirmed. You can choose to have each renewal charged to your card: we email you 7 days before every charge, and one press turns it off and removes the card. Otherwise you pay the centre as you always have. Your money never passes through us.
- 05
Deleting an account
Your centre can deactivate or delete an account. Delete removes the learner’s name and details and keeps their progress without them. To have personal data erased, learning history included, ask from the Profile page or at your centre: it answers within 21 days. From Profile you can also download a copy of the data held about you and each child. Invoices are kept for seven years as the law requires.

Talking to your child’s teacher
Each of your child’s teachers has a profile you can read: a photo, the name they use and a short introduction. Teachers write comments on reports and assignments; there is no private chat between adults and children in the platform. If something worries you, tell your centre or email safety@ai-lms-teacher.com.
What young learners see.
A look made for children, chosen by the company: calm Standard, Rainforest or Galaxy, and in children mode a Home and a menu drawn with pictures. Staff and guardian screens never change.
Standard
Dark and calm, with no mascot. The default, and right for older learners and adults.
Rainforest
Light and green, with a young hornbill.
Galaxy
Deep blue and starry, with a small explorer robot.
On Home
A passed quiz
After a miss
A new level
A mascot that reacts
It waves on Home, cheers a passed quiz, encourages after a miss and celebrates a new level. It is never sad.
Something to earn by effort
With Engagement on, costumes and accessories unlock with the stars a learner has earned over time, and three more costumes come with the first three levels passed. Never by marks compared with another child, and only the learner sees what theirs wears.
Your own colours, mascot and banner
A company can set its own colours, light ones included: a background, a main colour and, if it likes, a secondary colour. They are used exactly as picked, and the writing on them is chosen so it stays easy to read. It can upload its own character, and its own picture for the banner on Home.
A programme for children gets big, coloured answer tiles and, in a quiz, each answer checked as it is given; a programme for adults stays plain.

Can my child use it on a phone?
Yes. Every learner and guardian screen is built for a phone first, in Bahasa Melayu, English or 中文.
What if I have children at two centres?
If both are branches of the same centre, one sign-in shows every child, whichever branch enrolled them. If they are different organisations, the same email address works at both: each keeps its own records, Home lists your children at the other one, and one tap switches between them.
Does one missed day end my child’s streak?
Not always. Where the centre uses streaks, every seven days in a row earns a streak freeze (by default, up to two held at once), and a freeze keeps the streak going over a missed day. Badges reward effort, such as days in a row and units finished.
Is my child timed?
Only if the teacher switches it on. Placement tests are never timed. A teacher may give a programme’s quizzes, level-up tests and daily challenge a time limit for each question, from 10 seconds to 10 minutes; it is off unless they do. When a question’s time runs out, the answer is locked as it stood, and speed never changes a mark. How long an attempt took is recorded and shown to the centre’s staff only. A live quiz the teacher runs in class has its own clock, and its shared screen shows class totals, never a name or a ranking.
My child forgot their password. What now?
If your child signs in with a username, open your Profile: it shows the username, and you can set a new password there yourself. The old one stops working at once.
Can I change my own password?
Yes, on your Profile, if you sign in with an email address. Press Email me a code, type the six-digit code sent to that address with your new password twice, and press Change password. The code works for 10 minutes. Every other device signed in to your account is signed out, and the one you are using stays signed in.
Who sees what my child’s mascot wears?
Only your child: no other child, no teacher, and not you. Costumes and accessories are unlocked by stars earned over time and by levels passed, never bought, and they are on no board, report or list.
Where is the data stored?
The database and application servers are in Singapore. Media files are stored and delivered by a global content-delivery network. Where your centre takes payment online, you pay on an online payment provider’s own page, outside Malaysia. All of it is handled under the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 as amended in 2024.
