Every class, one map.Every parent, one report.
AI Teacher gives a school weekly class sessions with rooms and attendance, placement at intake, a class skill map that is always current, and a monthly report in each parent’s language. No prizes unless you want them.
Student · Teacher · Parent, with Campus, Subject and Grade: one sign-in per family
Tahun 1 to 6
Schools
Term structure, guardian reports, no invoices to families.
- 2 of 7
- modules on to start: guardians, schedule. Engagement and compliance are a switch away; the school bills its own way.
- 1 sign-in
- for a parent with three children in three classes. One account, one report each.
- 3 languages
- Bahasa Melayu, English or 中文, chosen by each parent, not by the school.
- Live
- The class skill map updates as each answer is marked, so it is current before the first lesson.
Proof · the class map
One map of the class, before the first lesson.
Every skill in the syllabus, every child in the class, a score that the teacher can explain to a parent in one sentence. Nothing here is guessed by a model: a moving average of each skill’s answers, weighted to the latest, judged only after five.

What young learners see.
A look made for children, chosen by the company: calm Standard, Rainforest or Galaxy, and in children mode a Home and a menu drawn with pictures. Staff and guardian screens never change.
Standard
Dark and calm, with no mascot. The default, and right for older learners and adults.
Rainforest
Light and green, with a young hornbill.
Galaxy
Deep blue and starry, with a small explorer robot.
On Home
A passed quiz
After a miss
A new level
A mascot that reacts
It waves on Home, cheers a passed quiz, encourages after a miss and celebrates a new level. It is never sad.
Something to earn by effort
With Engagement on, costumes and accessories unlock with the stars a learner has earned over time, and three more costumes come with the first three levels passed. Never by marks compared with another child, and only the learner sees what theirs wears.
Your own colours, mascot and banner
A company can set its own colours, light ones included: a background, a main colour and, if it likes, a secondary colour. They are used exactly as picked, and the writing on them is chosen so it stays easy to read. It can upload its own character, and its own picture for the banner on Home.
A programme for children gets big, coloured answer tiles and, in a quiz, each answer checked as it is given; a programme for adults stays plain.

Adults
Two on. The rest a switch away.
A school starts with guardians and the schedule on. Engagement, compliance and the rest stay dark until you switch them on, with no migration. A live class quiz on the projector needs no module: it shows class totals, never a name.
- GuardiansParents sign in once for every child, read the report, choose the language.
- ScheduleThe weekly timetable by room and teacher, attendance taken in class, parents told of an absence.
- EngagementOff to start. Switch it on for a daily challenge per subject, stars in the class quiz, and an opt-in leaderboard, display names only.
- ComplianceOff to start. Switch it on for required programmes by cohort, with due dates, reminders and a CSV for the head of department.
- RewardsOff to start. Some schools switch it on for a term.
- BillingOff: the school bills its own way, and no family is invoiced inside the product.
- CertificatesOff to start, and out of every menu until switched on.
Two plans, priced per learner.
Standard for a small organisation starting out, Full for every module and feature. On both, a learner is counted once however many programmes they take, so the more they study, the better the value.
Parents and employers pay your centre directly: online with Pay now, on your organisation’s own payment account, or as they do today, with your admins recording each payment. AI Teacher never holds your fees.
- Billed monthly to the organisation, not to families
- Counted once per learner, never per programme
- No setup fee, no per-branch fee, no contract lock-in

Common questions
Do we have to bill parents through AI Teacher?
No. Billing is a module, and a school starts with it off, so no family is invoiced in the product and the school collects its fees its own way. Enrolments work the same with billing off. AI Teacher bills the school itself once a month, per learner, whatever the school does about fees.
Does AI Teacher handle timetables and attendance?
Yes, with the schedule module, which a school starts with on. Each class is a weekly session with its programme, teacher, room and members, and a clash of room or teacher is refused; one date can be moved or cancelled on its own. Teachers mark each learner present, late, absent or excused, on the day or after, and parents are told the first time their child is marked absent on a date.
How do leaderboards work for children?
Only children a parent has switched on appear, under a display name the parent chooses, ranked on stars earned, never on marks. Leaderboards belong to the engagement module, which a school starts with off. Each board covers one programme in one branch, for the week or the month, and is never public; a child or parent can take the child off at any time, and the child still sees their own rank privately.
Can parents read reports in their own language?
Yes. Each parent chooses Bahasa Melayu, English or Chinese, and the monthly report, the emails and every screen they see follow that choice. What a teacher writes, such as the report comment, is shown exactly as written and never machine-translated. A parent with several children signs in once and sees each linked child’s report.
Does AI Teacher come with ready-made content for our syllabus?
No. There is no content library: each school builds its own programmes, levels and skills from its own materials and questions, and nothing is shared with another company. Teachers upload PDF, Word and PowerPoint files or write lessons, and AI drafts questions from those files for a teacher to check and publish.
Can staff find one student quickly in a large school?
Yes. Every list of people in the admin portal shows fifty to a page with the full count, and its search finds anyone by name, username or sign-in email, every word in any order, however many students the school has. An admin of one campus finds the people of that campus. A teacher’s own list of learners searches by name and username.

- How does Malaysia's PDPA apply to learner data?
The PDPA asks for notice in Bahasa Melayu and English, a parent's consent under 18, secure storage, limited retention and breach reports within 72 hours.
- Where can AI help in teaching, and where should a person decide?
AI can draft questions, suggest marks and summarise progress, but a teacher or trainer should approve what reaches a learner and decide every result.
