What happens

  1. 01You send this form. We email you a link to set your password, and nothing is set up until you follow it.
  2. 02You sign in as your organisation’s Super Admin and add a card on Platform billing. Your 7 free days start then.
  3. 03When the trial ends, the plan’s monthly minimum is charged in advance, and that day of the month becomes your billing day.
  4. 04At the end of each month, whatever the month came to above the minimum is charged with the next month’s minimum.
  5. 05You can end the plan any time. In the trial it ends at once and nothing is charged; after it, the plan runs to the end of the month already paid for.

If a charge fails

The card is tried again over the following days. If the invoice is still unpaid 14 days after it was issued, nobody but your Super Admin can sign in until it is paid. If it is still unpaid 60 days after that, your organisation’s data is permanently deleted. Paying brings everything back at once. Invoices are kept for seven years for tax.

Prices on this page are in ringgit and exclude SST: what an organisation registered in Malaysia is charged, wherever this page is opened.
