AI Teacher is a web-based learning platform for any organisation that teaches: tuition centres, schools, corporate training teams and certification bodies. A placement test puts each learner on a level, and every answer after that updates a score for each skill, so teachers see strengths and weaknesses without extra marking. Each month a report goes to the learner or to a linked guardian.

What a teacher writes, such as questions, materials and report comments, is shown exactly as written and is never machine-translated. A lesson video can have a version in each of the other two languages, recorded by the teacher, and each learner is shown the one in their own language first. The privacy notice is in Bahasa Melayu and English, with a Chinese courtesy translation.

There are two plans, each priced per billable learner per month, excluding taxes. Standard is USD 5 with a minimum of USD 29 a month, for a small organisation of up to 100 learners, 10 staff accounts and one branch. Full is USD 25 with a minimum of USD 250 a month, with every module and feature. A learner is counted once however many programmes they take. An organisation registered in Malaysia can sign itself up on this site and try either plan free for 7 days.

Yes. The same engine runs tuition centres, schools, corporate training departments and certification bodies; only the modules switched on and the words used differ. A company starts from a preset for its kind of teaching, switches each of the seven modules on or off, and names its people in its own words, such as Employee, Trainer and Manager, in all three languages. A module that is off appears in no menu.

A placement test sets the starting level, and the learner’s own results move it up. Placement gives the highest level where the learner reached the pass mark, 70% by default. Every graded answer then updates a mastery score from 0 to 1 for its skill; when the programme score reaches the level’s pass score, 80 by default, and the needed unit quizzes are sat, a level-up test opens, and passing it moves the learner up one level.

Yes, as a teacher, a learner or a guardian. The same email address and password sign in to every organisation that added them, the role changes with the organisation, and a switch on Profile, or beside their name on a computer, moves between them. Each organisation keeps its own records and is not told where else the address is used. An admin’s address belongs to one organisation only.
